Let’s face it, the last few years have been challenging.

For starters, there’s Covid. The pandemic has radically changed every aspect of our lives – including how we work and interact with others. The shift from in-person to virtual relating has impacted us in ways we are only beginning to comprehend.

Some of us feel like we’re waking up out of an old dream called ‘normal’ into something that feels new, a little terrifying, and exhilarating.

I love the term ‘Quiet Quitting.’ This phrase, coined by young professionals who are rejecting the idea of going above and beyond in their careers, in favor of focusing on life outside of the office, exemplifies what I’m talking about!

Are you feeling hungry to explore new ways to be in the world? Does the thought of resuming the strategies you used in the past to get ahead feel like going backward? Are you questioning your values around success and relationships?

Would you like to quit trying to be someone you’re not?
Are you ready to ask yourself “Who am I and what do I most desire?”

Many of my clients are discovering that they are sick and tired of working so hard to get ahead. They don’t want to be automatons anymore, planning for a future that may never come. They are making new choices: To play more, pause to be in the moment, work in a way that’s sustainable and fun, cultivate meaningful and loving connections, and live authentically.

The couples I coach are up to big changes as well. During the pandemic, those living and working in close proximity faced intimacy issues they’d been able to avoid in the past when it was easy to escape into activities outside the home. Busy-ness and outside commitments were a common excuse to put off that difficult conversation, let alone pause, and take a moment to quietly BE with the one you love.

Guided by awareness-based tools like Human Design and the Wellness Sexuality Practice, these clients are learning how to turn toward each other, ask for what they truly want, and listen to their lovers with curiosity. They are exploring new ways to touch, pleasure play, and rekindle the turn-on that initially brought them together. They are taking time to BE with themselves and each other, cultivating a richness of connection that didn’t even know was possible.

2023 is a year to make BIG choices. Do you feel pulled to revert to your old ways and hang on, even though that shaky foundation we called ‘normal’ is crumbling? Or do you choose to quietly quit all that, and root into a deeper foundation – the truth of who you are?

Are you ready to dream big, and stay present in the moment while life reveals to you one step at a time, how to create what your heart desires?

I invite you to reach out to me and say “I’m ready to quit!” and we’ll schedule your free consultation.
