Wellness Sexuality Practice

The Wellness Sexuality Practice is designed to help you open up your sexual energy and move it throughout your body. As the Taoists have known for centuries, awakening this life force energy, or Chi, is a key to increased vitality and longevity! Level 1 and Level 2 practices can be learned alone with my guidance; Levels 3, 4, and 5 are designed to be learned with a partner. All expand your capacity to be intimate with yourself; the partnered practices increase your capacity to have deep intimate connection with another.
In order to get full value from The Wellness Sexuality Practice I recommend that you begin at Level 1. You may do this as part of your Ignite Your Relationship or Ignite your Vitality coaching, or you can arrange for private training sessions in the Wellness Sexuality Practices.

Sensing. This non-sexual practice uses touch and subtle movement to increase your capacity to feel sensation throughout your body. As tensions and conditioned patterns that may have been held in your body for decades melt away, you become more relaxed and present, free up pent up energy, and experience new levels of sensation throughout your body. Can be learned alone or with a partner.
Sense Communication. Learn how to communicate from your direct experience, so you can experience more intimate connection. Building on the Sensing practice, you identify what you are feeling in your body, find words to express your sensations, and express them in a way that is more accurate, loving, and easy for your receiver to hear. You also learn how to use Human Design skills to give and receive verbal – and non-verbal – communication without reacting, so you can stay open and connected. Can be learned alone or with a partner.
Female Stroking (OM). This goal-less practice based on Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is done with a partner, one of whom is a woman. The woman lies down, unclothed from the waist down, while her ‘stroker’, fully clothed, sits alongside and consciously strokes her genitals for 15 minutes. This contained practice brings Sensing and Sense Communication into conscious sexuality. It increases both partners’ ability to feel pleasure in the genitals and throughout the body, communicate clearly what they feel and desire moment to moment, and let go of the need to ‘do it right’ or go for climax. Most importantly, it deepens connection.
Male Stroking. This is a goal-less partnered practice, where one of the partners is a man. The man lies down, unclothed from the waist down, while his partner, fully clothed, sits alongside. The one sitting uses their fingers and hands to consciously stroke the man’s genitals for 15 minutes. Like Female Stroking, this contained practice brings Sensing and Sense Communication into conscious sexuality. It increases both partners’ ability to feel pleasure in the genitals and throughout the body, communicate clearly what they feel and desire moment to moment, and let go of the need to ‘do it right’ or go for climax. Most importantly, it deepens connection.
Sensational Sex! Take everything you have learned in Levels 1-4 to the bedroom! Now that you have increased your capacity to sense what you are feeling throughout your body, learned how to communicate accurately what you are sensing, ask more clearly for what increases your pleasure, and voice your desire, you’re ready to engage in sexual high play. Together you take the lead in planning your menu of delectable options – which can include oral sex for his or her pleasure, slow sensing sex, and other sex positive play.
